You had an unacceptably low number of hotel staff who spoke any English. I wouldn't mind going back to Royalty Copacababa Hotel but my wife would. In addition to the communication problem, it took the best part of two days for the TV in our room to be fixed. The dinner arrangements which the hotel had with the two outside restaurants were brilliant.

Convenient location, just a 5-minute walk from the bus station. the rooms are lovely and the bathrooms are sparkling clean, equipped with a shower and hair dryers. 🚿

the reception they are bad , most of them dont speak english . and there is one of them he just keep intorupting you as he is the gusst and we are the hostest , the reception they are really bad , and the food wasn't that much

The hotel is certainly not a 4 stars hotel. The rooms are very old, the bathroom is broken in may parts, the beds are not good.

The location here was perfect, just a short walk from all the places we wanted to visit, and the standard double room we stayed in was cozy and had two beds.

No hot water in the room repeatedly and no water at all sometimes. Internet access was generally poor.

The air-conditioning makes too much noise, the room was too warm and we could hear the noise from the street.
